Service Description

Leadership Development services are offered to Social Service Agencies, Sole Proprietors, and local government personnel. CPWC recognizes that agency CEOs, management staff, and leaders ultimate set the climate in the workplace. This service assists clients in developing the intrapersonal competencies required to function effectively within the agency. Consultants work with clients to assess if their personal values are compatible with the values of the agency, and if not, how to manage the tensions. Consultants work with clients to develop their leaders’ capabilities through alignment their efforts with that of internal and external stakeholders and inspiring vision. Consultants also work with clients to learn how to motivate and manage team players, who will execute the vision. We also assist clients in other opportunities, such as crating workshops and company retreats. We provide both on-site sessions as well as video conferencing.
