Service Description
Our Business Analyst Consultant works with our clients to address agency concerns and develop viable solutions using technical expertise. Business Analyst Consultants also work with agency personnel to define key knowledge and skills required for new or existing roles and plan and deliver programs to improve these areas. Some of the areas where our Business Analyst Consultant can assist are: •Project Planning, Initiation, and Scope •Operations •Business Case Modeling •Data Monitoring •Programming Implementation and Evaluation •Quality Review We provide both on-site sessions as well as video conferencing.
